Re-presenting our agreed upon assessment rubric

I am attaching below a representation of our discussion regarding assessment (grading).  I remind you that the learning outcome include action words (verbs) in bold and that the numbers running across mean the following: 4= A+  3= B+  2= C  1= Needs Revision

We want to remember that our shared goal for the course is that all learners gain knowledge and are able to transfer that knowledge.  This means we all build knowledge and all learn.
